¿Podríais ayudarme con esta palabra? ?Es simplemente 'cariñoso', 'besucón' o tiene algún otro matiz?

Toni, PONS traduce:

besuquearse
Indica (mteinander) porque funciona como recíproco.
Un ejemplo: Pepe y María se besuquean.
Pero besuquearse también puede funcionar como reflexivo. Un ejemplo: el niño se besuquea.
Y aquí viene mi pregunta ¿un Schmusekind es un niñito que se pasa el día dándose besitos a sí mismo?

NO, no es niñito dándose besitos a sí mismo sino que a él le gusta mucho ser besuqueado por su madre o generalmente por sus padres, solamente pongamos por caso ! Los alemanes nosostros solemos decir: es un "Schmusekind" mejor dicho " ein Kind, das "verschmust" ist" o también: Ein verschmustes Kind.
Por otra parte y naturalmente las personas mayores nosotros también pueden ser "total verschmust" ;-)))

Entonces Toni, la traducción no es:
"Schmusekind"es un niñito al que le gusta muchísimo besuquearse !
Sino:
"Schmusekind"es un niñito al que le gusta muchísimo "que le besuqueen"
