Hola! me gustaría saber la traducción de esta oración.

Ein in den Scanner eingebauter PC stellt den autonomen Betrieb (ohne externen PC) während eines Scans sicher.

¿Qué significa el verbo stellen en esta oración?

No sé traducir el texto, pero el verbo es "sicherstellen", es lo mismo que "gewährleisten", asegurar, garantizar.
En este texto es también algo como "bewirken".
Der Scanner hat einen eingebauten Computer. Der bewirkt (stellt sicher), daß der Scanvorgang selbständig läuft, ohne daß man einen externen PC braucht.

Un PC incorporado en un scanner asegura el funcionamiento autónomo (sin PC externo) durante el proceso de escanear
