Wiedergutmachungsakte = acta de subsanación / reparación?

Me suena muy mal. Alguien tiene una sugerencia mejor o está bien así?

o bien acta/protocolo de subsanación o de rectificación (a mí me gusta mas la segunda expresión)

De nada, lo vi por casualidad, cerrando el pc antes de irme a casa mire un momentito a ver si había algo nuevo en el dix.... y allí me encontré tu Fragestellung.
