Wieder so ein Wörtchen.
Pons sagt:
Gewerbe: oficio / profesión
Asociación de profesionales?
Oder handelt es sich vielleicht um den "gremio"? Aber "gremio" übersetzt Pons als Zunft

Por si acaso he echado una ojeada a DUDEN. Esto es lo que dice:
Freie gewerbliche [Handwerker]vereinigung zur Förderung des Gewerbes oder bestimmter Zweige im Vereinsbezirk.

Sí, tiene todo el aspecto de una asociación gremial.
Más que nada porque DUDEN hace referencia a "[Handwerker"

Ob's hilft, weiß ich nicht, hier in Deutsch, was Wikipedia sagt:

Danach scheint es doch etwas ähnliches wie Zunft oder Innung zu sein (also doch gremio?), nur mit dem Unterschied, daß sie Mitglieder aus verschiedenen Branchen haben und anscheinend an bestimmte Orte gebunden sind. Daher tragen sie auch meist den Ortsnamen im Namen: Gewerbeverein Schwetzingen, zum Beispiel.
Englische Wörter (findet man in Linguee): trade association, commerce association, business association, Craftsmen's and Trade Association, Trade Society.
Für trade association & Co. wiederum habe ich im Spanischen gefunden: asociación comercial, asociación de comerciantes, asociación profesional, asociación u organización profesional, asociación empresarial, Asociación de empresas, Asociación de Artesanos (<-- das klingt doch ganz gut, oder?)

Ich glaube ich werde mich für "asociación comercial" entscheiden. In dieser Übersetzung ist es nicht sooooooo wichtig - obwohl ich es doch so genau wie möglich haben will - aber es scheint mir doch richtiger.

Lo traduciría por asociación profesional.
Otros términos como asociación comercial o industrial, indican en qué sector económico se encuentran ubicadas, pero seguirían siendo asociaciones profesionales, esto es, se trataría de asociaciones de profesionales dedicados al comercio o de asociaciones de profesionales dedicados a la industria, pero de asociaciones profesionales en última instancia.

Sin duda tienes razón. Asociación profesional abarca todos los demás conceptos.
