Creo que se trata de enfermedades diagnosticadas como crónicas.

Dauerdiagnose es un término aplicable a cualquier enfermedad que precisa un diagnóstico continuado en el tiempo pero que no necesariamente deben ser crónicas.

Se trata de enfermedades no curables o crónicas.

También a enfermedades renales el paciente puede haber otras enfermedades crónicas (diabetes mellitus, hipertensión arterial, EAC etc. etc.)y estas enfermedades crónicas se subsumen bajo el termino Dauerdiagnosen.

Acá creo que hay una confusión importante.
Por un lado se dice que se trata de enfermedades crónicas (Guni - Al).
Por otra parte están Tony y Meike con la propuesta de diagnóstico permanente / continuado, que es algo muy distinto (y con el que coincido totalmente,aunque siendo laica en el tema).
No logro encontrar una explicación en internet del término "Dauerdiagnose" pero definitivamente creo que
- die Diagnose = el diagnóstico
y eso no es enfermedad!!

Gaby, natürlich ist die Diagnose keine Krankheit aber sie kann "krank" machen, wie Alexander Mitscherlich in einem seiner Werke sagt und das ist zumindest in der Psychiatrie zutreffend!
Offenbar hast du meinen spanischen Erklärungsversuch nicht gelesen oder auch nicht verstanden weil mein Spanisch so unverständlich ist jeje

wie Du siehst, ich habe mich ausschließlich nach der Frage, was heißt "Dauerdiagnosen" auf Spanisch, gerichtet und somit versucht eine adäquate Übersetzung zu finden, denn nach "chronischen Krankheiten" wurde ja gar nicht gefragt und auch nicht danach, ob eine Diagnose krank machen kann oder nicht, alles klar ?

Ja Al, ich habe deinen Beitrag gelesen und deshalb auch so geantwortet wie ich es getan habe.
Erklär mir nur bitte was du mit "subsumen" gemeint hast. Das Wort kenne ich nicht auf Spanisch.
Und auch so, wie Tony sagt, hier wird nicht über "chronische Krankheiten" geredet sondern über eine Dauerdiagnose. Diabetes, hipertensión, etc. sind chronische Krankheiten und keine Diagnosen, würde ich jedenfalls meinen.

Al parecer: In der Patientenkartei werden chronische Krankheiten als so genannte Dauerdiagnosen gespeichert.

Ich bin durch Sätze wie:
„So muss in jedem Quartal jede Dauerdiagnose am Patienten auf ihre Relevanz bezüglich der aktuellen Behandlung neu überprüft werden. Im Klartext heißt das: Wird ein Patient zum Beispiel wegen Asthma im ersten Quartal behandelt, im zweiten aber nur wegen Bauchschmerzen, dann bleibt für den Arzt die Asthma-Diagnose weiter als „Dauerdiagnose“ in seinen Unterlagen bestehen, weil er sich – zum Beispiel wegen der Abgabe von Medikamenten – immer wieder vor Augen halten muss, „hier habe ich es mit einem Asthmatiker zu tun“.
und ähnliche zu meinem Übersetzungsvorschlag gekommen. Vielleicht geht es nicht nur um „enfermedades crónicas“ sondern auch um „enfermedades de larga duración“.

Es en cierto modo un eufemismo: lo permanente no es la enfermedad sino el diagnóstico.

(De sub- y el lat. sumĕre, tomar).
1. tr. Incluir algo como componente en una síntesis o clasificación más abarcadora.
2. tr. Considerar algo como parte de un conjunto más amplio o como caso particular sometido a un principio o norma general.
