Ich finde, das geht schon. Das anhelar ist vielleicht etwas literarisch, aber man kann es ja durch querer, desear ersetzen. Und, das merke ich erst jetzt: uno desconecta, no SE desconecta.

Also: para aquellos (los) que quieren desconectar ...

Im letzten Teil des Satzes wäre es nicht gut, aquellos durch los zu ersetzen: los a los que les van las fiestas klingt schauerlich, obwohl es grammatikalisch ok wäre.
